The 5th Annual Anatomic Mastery in Aging Face Surgery Symposium & Cadaver Lab brings together an internationally recognized faculty of facial plastic, plastic, and oculoplastic surgeons for an immersive exploration of advanced facial rejuvenation surgery.

Throughout the program, attendees will examine multiple approaches to facial, neck, and periorbital rejuvenation, including:

The goal is not simply to demonstrate a single technique, but to provide a deeper understanding of facial anatomy, surgical decision-making, technique selection, and the different approaches used by leading surgeons around the world.

Focused didactic sessions, operative presentations, faculty discussions, and interactive Q&A allow attendees to examine how each Master approaches anatomy, surgical planning, technical challenges, and patient-specific decision-making before bringing those concepts into the cadaver lab.

HANDS-ON TRAINING IS AT THE CORE OF FACE

Concepts discussed in the classroom are reinforced through extensive hands-on training using fresh cadaver specimens.

Attendees work with two surgeons per lab station, providing substantial hands-on specimen access while maintaining a highly interactive learning environment.

Throughout the lab sessions, participating Master Surgeons circulate among the stations to demonstrate techniques, identify key anatomic landmarks, answer questions, troubleshoot challenging steps, and provide practical feedback as attendees perform the procedures themselves.

This structure gives participants the opportunity to learn the anatomy, understand the surgical strategy, observe the technique, and then perform it hands-on.

Rather than teaching one standardized approach, FACE brings together Masters with different backgrounds, specialties, techniques, and surgical philosophies—allowing attendees to compare approaches and identify principles they can incorporate into their own practice.

For surgeons seeking additional specimen time, greater faculty interaction, and further technique refinement, the FACE experience continues with an optional, limited-capacity VIP Sunday.

VIP Sunday is intentionally different from the main course.

Limited to only 12 fresh cadaver lab stations, Sunday creates a smaller advanced training environment centered around additional hands-on practice, technique refinement, and direct interaction with participating Master Surgeons.

Rather than simply repeating Days 1–2, Sunday is an opportunity to go deeper.

Participants can use the additional fresh cadaver training time to revisit techniques introduced during the main program, refine specific surgical steps, work through areas they found technically challenging, and explore additional advanced techniques presented by participating faculty.
