Refund Policy

I. GENERAL POLICY At Bringing You The Master (BYTM), we strive to provide quality services to our clients. However, we recognize that there may be instances where a refund is requested. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are granted.

 

II. NON-REFUNDABLE FEES

  • A 3.5% credit processing fee is non-refundable.
  • A $250 reservation fee is non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not issued within 30 days of the scheduled event.

 

III. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

  • Refunds may be granted at BYTM’s discretion if a written request is submitted at least 90 days before the event.

  • All refund requests are subject to review and approval by BYTM management.

 

IV. PROCESSING REFUNDS

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

V. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If an event is canceled by BYTM, attendees will be given the option of a full refund or credit toward a future event.
  • If an attendee cancels within the non-refundable period (30 days before the event), no refund will be issued.
  • Partial refunds may be considered for cancellations made between 31-90 days before the event, at BYTM’s discretion.
