Refund Policy
I. GENERAL POLICY
At Bringing You The Masters (BYTM), we are committed to delivering high-quality educational experiences. Registration reserves a spot specifically for you, and in turn, we rely on your commitment to attend. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds, cancellations, transfers, and promotions.
II. NON-REFUNDABLE FEES & DEPOSITS

A 3.5% credit card processing fee is non-refundable

A non-refundable reservation fee equal to 25% of the total registration cost applies to all bookings

All deposits are strictly non-refundable, regardless of amount
III. REFUND REQUESTS

Requests submitted 90+ days before the event may be considered for a partial refund, minus non-refundable fees

No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the scheduled event

All refund requests are subject to review and approval by BYTM management

Registrations may be transferred to another qualified attendee only with BYTM’s prior written approval, requested at least 30 days before the event

V. DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

Coupons, promotional offers, and flash sales cannot be combined

Discounts or special pricing announced after your purchase cannot be applied retroactively

VI. NO-SHOWS & TRAVEL ISSUES

No-shows are considered cancellations within the non-refundable period and are not eligible for refund or credit

BYTM is not responsible for attendee travel issues, including flight delays, cancellations, visa or passport issues, or ground transportation problems
VII. EVENT CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

If BYTM cancels an event, attendees will be offered either a full refund or a credit toward a future BYTM event of equal value
