SEPTEMBER 17–20, 2026: THE DEEP PLANE FACELIFT SERIES**
“THE FRONT 9 + THE BACK 9” (SAVE $3,000)
Master the Deep Plane with Precision — One Hole at a Time.
Golf is a discipline built on strategy, precision, and controlled biomechanics.
So is modern facial rejuvenation.
Bringing You The Masters presents The Deep Plane Facelift Series: The Front 9 + The Back 9, a two-chapter cadaveric journey inspired by the intentionality of golf — engineered for surgeons who want to refine their facelift technique stroke by stroke, layer by layer, with expert-guided structure.
This two-part educational arc moves surgeons from foundational deep-plane principles to advanced execution — a progressive pathway anchored by one of the most influential innovators in the evolution of facial rejuvenation:
**FEATURING THE ICON
DR. OSCAR M. RAMIREZ**
Pioneer. Researcher. Innovator. Architect of Modern Facial Rejuvenation.
Dr. Oscar M. Ramirez is internationally regarded as a foundational architect of contemporary facial rejuvenation — particularly in composite, deep-plane, and endoscopic surgery.
Across decades, he has:
-
Published dozens of peer-reviewed papers that shaped modern facelift philosophy
-
Authored textbook chapters used in global training programs
-
Developed the RZ1–RZ10 dissector system and other specialty instruments
-
Served as faculty at leading institutions including Cleveland Clinic Florida
-
Led some of the earliest cadaveric teaching that established principles still relied upon today
-
Presented across the Americas, Europe, and Asia
-
Influenced generations of surgeons through research that remains widely cited and respected
And now, Dr. Ramirez is preparing to publish new scientific work bridging technology, biomechanics, and surgical craftsmanship — drawing a powerful analogy between endoscopic facial rejuvenation and the precision-driven world of golf.
BYTM attendees will have rare, early access to several concepts from this upcoming work, before publication, including:
• The “Instrument Is the Club” Principle
In golf, each club is engineered for a specific biomechanical purpose.
In facial surgery, each periosteal elevator, dissector, scissor, or grasper behaves uniquely within confined anatomy. Understanding these nuances is everything.
• Geometry, Angulation & Tissue Behavior
Ramirez’s early Baltimore cadaver courses emphasized fulcrum mechanics, curvature, tactile feedback, and structured elevation — parallel to swing mechanics, trajectory control, and course strategy.
• Anticipatory Selection for Predictable Outcomes
Elite golfers don’t react — they anticipate.
So do elite surgeons.
This research explores how instinctive instrument choice is shaped by experience, pattern recognition, and real-time tissue logic.
• The Fusion of Technology + Skill
Modern endoscopic rejuvenation relies on high-resolution visualization, advanced tools, and timeless craftsmanship.
Ramirez’s upcoming work explores how these elements mirror technology-augmented performance in golf.
This BYTM series grants attendees a first look into these concepts before they reach the broader scientific community.
COURSE STRUCTURE
Part I — THE FRONT 9
Foundations. Setup. Early-Game Strategy.
-
Foundational deep-plane anatomy
-
Safe entry zones & elevation logic
-
SMAS behavior, release points & manipulation
-
Tissue biomechanics and safe traction patterns
-
Incision philosophy + early-release techniques
-
Error-proofing the initiation of the case
-
Establishing the “surgical stance”: posture, vector intention, and pacing
The Front 9 sets the trajectory — the stance, grip, and tempo of the facelift.
Part II — THE BACK 9
Advanced Execution. Precision. Championship-Level Work.
-
Advanced deep-plane release patterns
-
Controlled midface mobilization
-
Platysma strategy & neck integration
-
Vector planning for longevity vs. instant gratification
-
Tension distribution & long-term engineering
-
Troubleshooting complex anatomy
-
Surgical artistry in shaping, contouring, and harmonizing outcomes
If The Front 9 builds the foundation —
The Back 9 delivers the mastery.
Both chapters may be taken independently, but the full series provides the complete arc of structured deep-plane education.
Limited Cadaver Workstations
To maintain the highest quality learning environment and ensure meaningful interaction with faculty, this course is strictly limited to only 20 cadaver workstations.
Each workstation is designed to provide participants with direct hands-on experience under the guidance of the faculty, allowing surgeons to practice techniques in an environment that closely replicates real operative conditions.
By limiting the number of participants, we ensure:
• Optimal faculty-to-participant ratios for personalized instruction
• Meaningful hands-on cadaver experience for every attendee
• A focused educational setting that encourages discussion, questions, and technique refinement
Due to the limited number of workstations, early registration is strongly recommended.
